Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WanderDays iOS app (the "App") developed by Amir Levin ("Developer"). In these Terms, "you" means the person downloading, accessing, or using the App. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. What WanderDays Is

WanderDays is a personal travel tracking and record-keeping app for informational and organizational use. It helps you log the days you spend in each country for your own travel history, planning, and personal records.

2. Use of the App

You may use WanderDays only for lawful personal purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for how you use the App and for any decisions you make based on the information it presents.

3. No Legal, Tax, or Immigration Advice

WanderDays does not provide legal, tax, immigration, visa, residency, or government advice, and it does not make official determinations about Schengen compliance, tax residency, or legal status.

The calculations, summaries, information, exports, and reports shown or generated by the App are provided only as a convenience based on the data available to the App. They are not authoritative and should not be treated as official advice, legal determinations, government records, or certified proof of travel, residency, or tax status.

4. Your Responsibility to Verify

You are responsible for verifying all information before relying on it for travel, tax, residency, immigration, or compliance purposes. Rules relating to Schengen stays, tax residency, and immigration status are complex, change over time, and vary by individual circumstances and jurisdiction.

You should consult qualified legal, tax, or immigration professionals before making decisions based on your travel records or any information displayed by the App.

5. Accuracy of Data

The App calculates results based on the data available to it, including information you enter, edit, import, or allow the App to process. The accuracy of any output depends on the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of that data. The Developer is not responsible for incorrect results caused by incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or missing information.

6. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or accuracy. The Developer does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free from delays or defects.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.

This includes, without limitation, any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses, including reliance on travel records, day counts, reminders, estimates, exports, or compliance summaries shown in the App.

8. Changes to the App or These Terms

The Developer may modify, suspend, discontinue, or remove the App from sale, or stop providing updates or particular features, at any time for legal, technical, security, or business reasons.

The Developer may also update these Terms from time to time. If material changes are made, the effective date above will be updated and additional notice may be provided where appropriate. Your continued use of the App after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Apple and Third-Party Platforms

These Terms apply between you and the Developer, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App, its content, maintenance, or support, except as required under applicable law or Apple's platform terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Venue and Jurisdiction

To the extent permitted by applicable law, and subject to any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv–Jaffa, Israel, and both you and the Developer submit to the jurisdiction of those courts.
